Service Description
This booking is for a FREE on-site lighting estimate of about 30 minutes, with no charge for the visit or the written quote, whether or not you book the install. We walk your roofline, measure each side, and give you a written price before we leave. No obligation. Early-booking rate: $6 per linear foot when you book by Saturday, October 31. Starting November 1 the rate is $7 per foot. $199 minimum. Installation and January takedown are included. Use your own lights, or we can supply them. Bought your lights from us? We fix bulbs and loose strands free all season. Replacing a full strand or set is charged separately. Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your estimate; it is free to cancel until 24 hours before. If you go ahead with an install, your date is confirmed once your 10% deposit is paid (plus the cost of any lights or add-ons you buy from us), and the deposit is refundable until 48 hours before your install. Cancellation Policy
Your quote visit is free. Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule it; there is no fee. The move or install date you choose is your preferred date. It is not reserved yet. After your quote evaluation, if you'd like to go ahead, we'll send you a deposit invoice (10% of your quote total; if you buy lights or add-ons from us, the invoice also includes their cost). Your date is confirmed once the deposit is paid. If the deposit isn't paid within 48 hours of the invoice being sent, the date is released and may be offered to someone else. Your deposit is refundable until 48 hours before your move or install, and non-refundable after that.
