Service Description
This booking is for a FREE 45-minute quote evaluation. There is no charge for the visit or the written quote, whether or not you go on to book a move. Full Move covers both ends of your move, plus full packing at your old place or full unpacking at your new one, your choice. Includes the truck and driver, all packing materials, furniture disassembly and reassembly, labeling by room, and floor protection at both addresses. This is our most popular service. Full Move starts at $399. Final pricing is set by the written quote, based on volume, access, and distance. You will have that number in writing before we leave. Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your quote visit; it is free to cancel until 24 hours before. If you go ahead with a move, your date is confirmed once your 10% deposit is paid, and the deposit is refundable until 48 hours before your move. Need a walkthrough sooner than tomorrow? Cancellation Policy
Your quote visit is free. Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule it; there is no fee. The move or install date you choose is your preferred date. It is not reserved yet. After your quote evaluation, if you'd like to go ahead, we'll send you a deposit invoice (10% of your quote total; if you buy lights or add-ons from us, the invoice also includes their cost). Your date is confirmed once the deposit is paid. If the deposit isn't paid within 48 hours of the invoice being sent, the date is released and may be offered to someone else. Your deposit is refundable until 48 hours before your move or install, and non-refundable after that.
